Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing notionflare.com, related websites, or any mobile application published by UseONE, LLC under the NotionFlare / HexAstral / related brands (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

You represent that you are not prohibited from receiving the Service under U.S. export or sanctions laws.

3. The Service

UseONE, LLC operates NotionFlare primarily as a web SaaS on notionflare.com, including (subject to plan and availability): • Notion sync and blog publishing; • Knowledge Base (RAG + LLM answers over your private and public posts per plan quota; owner Dashboard Ask; Telegram / Discord / Slack group distribution on paid plans); • Optional platform discovery: when you enable it in Settings → Preferences, your Public posts may be retrieved by NotionFlare’s official Telegram demo / platform knowledge base; • Telegram bot capability distribution (/ask and related commands on eligible plans); • Plan-based Knowledge Base ask and optional Image OCR quotas; • Optional AI auto-cover for posts without a cover image (Business), subject to separate day/month quotas — posts still publish when cover quota is exhausted; • Optional social / channel distribution (for example Bluesky, Mastodon, Telegram); • Documentation, accounts, and billing.

We also publish consumer mobile applications via the Apple App Store and Google Play (including apps in the HexAstral product family).

Features may change. Some features are free; others require a paid (Pro or Business) subscription. AI-assisted features (including /ask answers, optional OCR, and optional auto-cover images) are for personal or internal business use and are not professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise). AI output may be inaccurate. Quotas for AI features are published on Pricing and may be lower than content-sync limits because inference is metered separately. You are responsible for content and compliance of any Telegram bot you bind, including group rules and applicable law.

4. Knowledge Base Scope & Customer Responsibility

Knowledge Base and Telegram /ask answer questions using content you sync into the Service (primarily Notion pages and related published posts). The Service is a knowledge base over that content. It is not a CRM, order system, payment processor, or Telegram member-directory product.

We do not access Telegram group members’ private profiles, contact books, private chat history, or similar membership privacy data beyond what is required to operate bot commands you enable (for example chat IDs, bind state, and the text of commands such as /ask). We do not pull orders, sales, subscriptions, or CRM records from third-party systems unless you yourself import that information into Notion (or another connected source) and sync it.

If you choose to import personal data, customer data, commercial records, or other sensitive material into Notion and sync it to NotionFlare: • You represent that you have all rights and lawful bases to do so, and that you have provided any notices required by law; • You accept all risk and responsibility for that content, including accuracy, confidentiality, retention, and downstream use in /ask answers; • UseONE, LLC is not responsible for harms arising from your decision to import, index, or expose such data via the Service.

AI answers may be incomplete or wrong. You must not rely on /ask as the sole source of truth for billing, legal, medical, or safety-critical decisions.

5. Accounts

You may create an account via supported OAuth providers. You are responsible for activity under your account. Email/password signup may be disabled; use the supported social login methods.

You may download your data or request account deletion via Dashboard → Settings (Danger zone), or by emailing privacy@notionflare.com. Deletion does not automatically cancel an App Store / Play or Stripe subscription — cancel those in the store or billing settings.

5A. Communications

We may send transactional and service emails related to your account (for example security notices, billing receipts, and important service or quota notices). Separately, if you subscribe to our newsletter, we may send product or marketing email; you can unsubscribe at any time. Advertising pixels and conversion measurement described in our Privacy Policy are not marketing emails.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload or publish. You grant us a limited license to host, process, display, transmit, index, and generate derived answers or media from that content solely to operate the Service — including Knowledge Base retrieval, Telegram bot replies, summaries, cover images, and distribution drafts you approve.

If you set a post’s status to Public, it is visible on the public web surfaces of the Service (blog, listings, and similar). Separately, if you enable “Include my Public posts in platform discovery” under Settings → Preferences, you also grant us permission to index and retrieve those Public posts for NotionFlare’s official demo / platform discovery RAG until you disable the preference.

You must have rights to any content you upload (including Notion content you sync). You must not upload unlawful, infringing, or abusive material.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

7. Payments

Web payments (if offered) may be processed by Stripe. Mobile purchases are processed by Apple or Google; we use RevenueCat or equivalent for entitlements where applicable. Refunds for store purchases must be requested through Apple or Google.

Subscriptions renew according to the provider's rules unless canceled.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: abuse APIs or rate limits; inflate view counts or other metrics; reverse engineer except as allowed by law; scrape at scale; interfere with other users; use the Service for spam, fraud, or illegal activity; share accounts or otherwise circumvent Pro, Business, or quota limits; abuse Knowledge Base or Telegram bots to drain ask quotas or harass others; abuse AI auto-cover or other metered AI features to drain image quotas; or resell the Service without permission.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service software, branding, and documentation are owned by UseONE, LLC or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or internal business use of the Service as offered.

10. Disclaimers & Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, WE DISCLAIM LIABILITY FOR: (A) AI OR /ASK ANSWERS THAT ARE INACCURATE OR BASED ON CONTENT YOU IMPORTED; (B) YOUR USE OF TELEGRAM GROUPS, BOTS, OR MEMBER INTERACTIONS; (C) ANY ORDERS, CRM, BILLING, OR OTHER BUSINESS DATA YOU CHOOSE TO PLACE IN NOTION AND SYNC; AND (D) THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS (INCLUDING NOTION AND TELEGRAM).

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

11. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify UseONE, LLC against claims arising from your content (including data you import into Notion and sync), your Telegram bots or group usage, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or third-party rights — including claims by Telegram group members or your customers related to content you chose to index.

12. Apple-Required Terms

If you obtain an app from the Apple App Store: these Terms are between you and UseONE, LLC, not Apple; Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support; we are responsible for warranties not effectively disclaimed, product claims, and IP infringement claims related to the app; Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms for purposes of enforcing them.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Delaware may hear disputes that are not subject to informal resolution, except where consumer law requires otherwise.
