Official demos answer from public product docs — how creators opt public posts in and why a post may not appear.
Official demos let visitors /ask product questions without connecting their own Notion. Answers come from NotionFlare’s public product docs (and, on Telegram, creator public posts that opted in). They are not your private Knowledge Base.

In either room, ask about the product (for example what NotionFlare is, pricing, or how /ask cites sources). Sign up and link your groups when you want answers from your Notion.
Where demos live
- Telegram official group — Shared official demo corpus: product docs + opted-in creator public posts.
- Discord demo server — The same class of public product docs visitors expect.
Private / draft posts never enter either path.
What creators can opt in (Telegram playground)
- Official product docs — Platform account posts: Status public, Type docs.
- Creator public posts — Turn on platform discovery under Settings → Preferences.
Never included: private or draft posts, and public posts when the preference is off.
Why it exists
Demo visitors can /ask how NotionFlare works (site, Knowledge Base, citations, plans) before signing up. Creators who want extra reach can opt public posts into the Telegram official demo corpus.
Your personal bot still answers only from your Knowledge Base in groups you link (Telegram, Discord, or Slack).
Opt in or out
- Open Dashboard → Settings → Preferences.
- Enable Include my public posts in NotionFlare’s demo Telegram bot and platform discovery.
- Keep Status public on the posts you want considered.
- Turn the preference off anytime — those posts stop being used for new demo answers as soon as practical.
