Privacy and terms
Short FAQ on what NotionFlare collects, how /ask works, account deletion, and where to read the full legal policies.
This page is a product summary for creators and official demo /ask. The binding legal text is always the policies under /legal/* on the site.

Legal entity: UseONE, LLC (Delaware). Privacy contact: privacy@notionflare.com. Support: support@notionflare.com.
What we collect (high level)
- Account identifiers from sign-in (e.g. email, OAuth ids)
- Content and tokens you connect (Notion, media, distribution settings)
- IM bot config and
/askquery text needed to answer when you enable bots - Billing entitlements via Stripe / stores (not full card numbers)
- Standard logs, abuse prevention, and optional ad conversion tags when paid acquisition is enabled
We do not sell personal information. Newsletter email is opt-in and separate from transactional mail.
Knowledge Base and /ask
- Indexing and
/askrun over content you sync from Notion (and related surfaces you control). - Private posts can be indexed for your owner / Pro+ private IM corpus but stay off the public site, search, RSS, and sitemap.
- Platform discovery only includes public posts you opt in — never private or draft.
- We do not scrape Telegram member lists, CRM, or order systems you never connected. If you put that data into Notion and sync it, you are the controller of that content.
- For Ask insights we store question text, a short answer preview, IM message ids, and optional button / reaction feedback — not the full chat history. These Ask event rows are retained about 90 days, then deleted. See Ask feedback channels.

AI auto-cover (optional)
On Business, we may generate a cover image for a synced post that has no cover, subject to a separate day/month quota. Free and Pro do not include this. Prefer a Notion cover when you can. Details: Pricing FAQ and the Terms of Service.
Cookies and ads
See the Cookie Policy. Advertising pixels / conversion events (e.g. Meta, Google) only run when configured for paid acquisition — that is not the same as marketing email.
Your account and deletion
Use Dashboard → Settings → Download my data or Delete account, or email privacy@notionflare.com. Deletion status can be tracked with the request id after you start deletion. Details and timelines are in the Privacy Policy.
Common questions
“Is this page the legal contract?” No. Use /legal/privacy-policy and /legal/terms-of-service.
“Do official demos index the full Privacy Policy?” No. Demo /ask (Telegram / Discord) uses Public docs (including this summary). Full legal text stays on /legal/* for stability.
“Can I edit Privacy or Terms from my Notion database?” No. Privacy, Terms, and Cookies stay on the fixed /legal/* pages so the wording stays stable.
