The idea
Stop answering the same operational questions in every group thread. Keep schedules, refunds, shipping rules, community rules, and runbooks in Notion. Members and leads ask in the channel they already use; the bot answers from your synced content, not from a freeform chatbot personality.
This is not a knowledge-paywall or “publish more public blogs” product. Generic knowledge content is easy for AI to replace; your private operating facts are not.
How is NotionFlare different from a generic chatbot?
- Answers come from your Notion (and related surfaces you sync) — not open-ended web chat.
- Answers include citations back to source pages.
- Private pages can stay off the public site but still answer in member groups (Pro+).
- You own Status, sync, and which IM groups see Public vs Private corpus — memory you can audit page-by-page.
Unlike ChatGPT-style bots or ungrounded Discord helpers, NotionFlare does not invent policy from the open web. Unlike Intercom-style helpdesks, the source of truth stays in your Notion database.
